Teamwork
As a team, we work overnight, on weekends, and during public holidays to ensure our clients' documents are ready when they need to be. Using a multi-tiered approach, lengthy documents are split up and worked on by as many as five translators at a time. Once the individual portions are completed, our head translator reviews and edits the work to provide consistency of language and format. For documents translated into Japanese, the translated file is then returned to the client for a final review. Documents translated into English are reviewed personally by the president of Thomas Consultants International Co., Ltd. before being returned to the client.
Technology
Using the latest computers and telecommunications equipment, we work with our clients smoothly from our offices in Tokyo and the Kansai area, collecting and delivering documents in a variety of formats via facsimile or e-mail. Our staff is available seven days a week until 9:00 p.m., and weekend periods are actually our busiest time, when the in-house translators of most law offices and financial institutions are unavailable.
